What's Cooking at Eden Hall Campus' Kitchen Lab?

A space to gather, create, and collaborate, The Kitchen Lab at Eden Hall Campus provides students and community members with the equipment, facilities, and know-how they need to learn about food production in an environment that’s totally hands-on… and totally tasty, too. Watch the video to learn more about the Kitchen Lab!

From serving as a meeting space for the student-led fermentation club to an experiential classroom for hands-on courses in Food Studies and Sustainability or as the location of the popular workshop series from the Center for Regional Agriculture, Food, and Transformation (CRAFT), the Kitchen Lab is housed on a campus where students are living what they’re learning every day.

Chatham University is proud to offer Food Studies as an undergraduate major, minor, integrated degree program, and graduate program. Our Sustainability offerings also include an undergraduate major, minor, integrated degree program, and graduate program. For more information on the CRAFT workshop series, click here.
