PNC President Michael P. Lyons Joins Chatham Board of Trustees

Michael P. Lyons, president of The PNC Financial Services Group, has joined the Chatham University Board of Trustees.

As president, Lyons oversees PNC’s primary operating lines of business and the Regional Presidents Office. Previously, he was executive vice president and head of Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) at PNC. Before joining PNC in October 2011, he served as global head of corporate development and strategic planning for Bank of America. He also served as a portfolio manager at investment advisor Maverick Capital. Before Maverick, Lyons worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

Active in the community, Lyons is the board chair for the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and a national trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where he serves on the investment committee. Lyons is also a member of the board of directors of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) and Early Warning Services, LLC.​ Lyons graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
