Chatham to host weekly Farm-to-Fork Dinner Series at Eden Hall Campus (starts May 9)

Chatham University’s Farm to Fork dinner series at Eden Hall Campus will begin on Thursday, May 9, and continue throughout the summer each week through August.  The Farm-to-Fork events will occur rain or shine every Thursday from 4:30 – 7 p.m. at the Eden Hall Campus Large Barn & Tent.

Expert chefs from Parkhurst Dining will create dishes utilizing produce from Eden Hall’s farm and other local vendors to craft authentic culinary experiences for guests to enjoy outdoors on the grounds of Eden Hall Campus, the first college campus built from the ground up as a model of sustainability and home of Chatham’s Falk School of Sustainability and Environment.

The menu for the event on Thursday, May 9, is Mexican-themed and will include:

  • Street Tacos (both pulled pork and vegan lentil and tofu).

  • Elote (street corn) and wild rice & beans for sides.

  • Churros for dessert.

  • Jarritos flavors for drinks.

Entrees are priced ala carte at $4 per entree, and sides, drinks, and dessert are $3 per item. In addition to ala carte pricing, a "Full Meal" option is available, which includes all items for $20. Attendees can dine in and enjoy their meal at the barn or Eden Hall’s beautiful outdoor setting or takeout.  While at Eden Hall, visitors can explore the campus, charge an electric vehicle at the new EV charging station, or go for an after-dinner hike on the trail network.

More information (and weekly menus) is available at edenhall.chatham.edu. If you have questions about the menu or other details, please email Parkhurst@Chatham.edu.
