Nursing Programs Receive U.S. News Best Online Program Designation
Chatham University’s Graduate and Undergraduate Nursing programs earned a Best Online Program ranking by U.S. News & World Report in their 2018 Best Online Programs edition. Chatham’s graduate nursing programs, consisting of the MSN and DNP online programs, were ranked in the top 100 of all programs.

On January 12, 2018 at 10 a.m., Chatham University will host a breakfast in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the Mellon Board Room on Chatham’s Shadyside Campus. The keynote speaker is Mayor Dwan Walker of Aliquippa.
Pulitzer Prize Winning Author, Doris Kearns Goodwin, to speak at Chatham University on April 17th
World renowned historian and award-winning author, Doris Kearns Goodwin, will deliver a public lecture at the Campbell Memorial Chapel on Chatham’s Shadyside Campus at 6:00 pm on April 17, 2018. Kearns Goodwin is the featured speaker for the 2018 Elsie Hillman Chair in Women and Politics at Chatham University.
Author, Sheryl St. Germain, Celebrates the Launch of her Book, The Small Door of Your Death
On Friday, February 9th, at 7 p.m. in the Welker Room in the James Laughlin Music Hall, on Chatham University’s Shadyside campus, the Chatham University MFA in Creative Writing Program proudly presents The Small Door of Your Death, a poetry collection written by Sheryl St. Germain, published by Autumn House Press.

Chatham Students Team Up to Support Bone Marrow and Cord Blood Donors
On Tuesday, November 14th from 11AM until 2PM, Chatham University’s Love Your Melon (LYM) Crew will partner with Be The Match to host a swab drive in the Carriage House Main Lounge to find potential bone marrow or cord blood donors. Diseases treated by these donations include leukemias and lymphomas, bone marrow diseases, inherited immune system disorders, hemoglobinopathies, and inherited metabolic disorders.
